All Klein Tools Gear users should register on the site. This registration will make you eligible for all Klein Tools Gear special pricing for Contactors, Distributors and Klein Tools Employees. Our special pricing, offers and inside deals are only available our to registered users.

Contractors - Please enter your # of years in the industry at registration for special offers.

Distributors - Distributors must include their Klein Tools account number at registration for validation. Your request will be process within 1-2 business days. Please note you will not receive special pricing until your account is validated. You will be notified by email that you were approved.

Employees - Please enter your Klein Tools Employee # at registration for validation. Your request will be process within 1-2 business days. Please note you will not receive special pricing until your account is validated. You will be notified by email that you were approved.

Placing a Order on the Website - When you place a secure order on our website, you will normally receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes. If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, please email us for a copy of your confirmation email.

Order Processing - Once you have placed your order you will receive updates as it moves through our system.

Standard Delivery Time - Klein Tools Gear merchandise is custom made and requires 7-10 business days for delivery. Faster service is available. Please send us an email at kleintoolsgear@promo-monster.com and we will try to comply with your request.

Drop Ship Items - Please note that many of our products are drop shipped from external warehouses. For drop shipped products, your credit card will be charged prior to your order shipment. You will only be charged one shipping fee.

Payment - Klein Tools Gear accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Company Purchase Orders from validated Klein Tools Distributors.

Order Changes - Upon  your request, we will make every effort to change or cancel your order after it is placed. Please note that in most cases, orders are processed within the hour that they are placed and it may not be possible to change or stop an order from shipping after it is placed.

Returns - Klein Tools Gear accepts returns on defective merchandise and items that are sent back in Store Bought Condition with all tags and packaging material.

International Customers - Please note that all orders are charged in US Dollars. Special quote will be provided for International shipping.
